For a number of years now Defremm has firmly believed that investing in people is vital in order to gain a competitive advantage and grow over time. Assomec recognised some small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises that faced up to the recession by investing in training, innovation and internationalisation. Defremm was awarded the prize for best practices in the definition of the training requirements on 12th December 2012.
